PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY POLICY

POLICY APPLICATION

This Privacy Policy (‘’Policy’’) establishes how CRT Adjusters collects and processes the Personal Data of people who access and use its services (“you”). RECEIPT OF PERSONAL DATA FROM THIRD PARTIES

You accept and agree that CRT Adjusters may receive your Personal Data from third parties in the following circumstances:

  • If you choose to make a payment directly to CRT Adjusters, it may receive your Personal Data from third parties such as information about payment service providers, for the purposes of that payment, including: purchase details, payment data, etc.

DEFINITIONS

In this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below, unless expressly indicated otherwise:

Examples of personal data are: name, CPF, CTPS number, Internet Protocol (IP) number, email address, bank account number, financial profile, taxpayer identification, professional registration, geolocation, among others. “Sensitive Personal Data(s)”: means any information that reveals, in relation to a natural person, racial or ethnic origin, religious conviction, political opinion, membership of a trade union or organization of a religious nature, philosophical or political data, data relating to health or sexual life, genetic or biometric data, when linked to a natural person, in addition to those Personal Data whose processing may reveal Sensitive Personal Data.

“Third party(s)”: means any Person, whether natural or legal, other than CRT Adjusters or affiliated companies or from the same economic group as CRT Adjusters, and includes CRT Adjusters subcontractors.

“Holder(s)”: means in relation to a given Personal Data, the natural person identified or who can be identified to whom that Personal Data refers.
