Manuela began her career as a Civil Engineer, responsible for surveying hydraulic and electrical materials, making requests for service materials, controlling the review of construction and office projects in companies such as Sanhidrel Engekit and Tallento Engenharia. At Addvalora Brasil, she became a claims analyst and adjuster just before began her work at CRT Adjusters.
